When a cost signal goes rogue, it generates a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) highlighting the top 3 SKUs driving the surge. You catch spikes before they become floods.

2. Enforce: Spend Caps on Google Cloud Budgets

Once you’ve identified a spendy service, set a monthly financial cap. When the cap is hit, Google Cloud automatically halts further billable usage for that specific service in that project—without deleting your data or affecting other services. You get email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the budget, and one-click recovery when you’re ready to unblock.
