TL;DR: Xtremepush leads with the data layer. It positions itself as a real-time customer data platform with CRM, loyalty and gamification built on top, and it carries the longest channel list of any platform in this comparison — including on-site and in-app surfaces that most CRM tools reach only through an integration. If your problem is that messages arrive after the moment has passed, this is the architecture that addresses it head-on.

What Xtremepush actually is

Xtremepush describes itself as “CRM & Loyalty Marketing powered by InfinityAI”, with XpertOS positioned as an “AI-native operating system for regulated customer engagement”. The named components are XpertOS, XP Loyalty (real-time loyalty mechanics), InfinityAI (predictive analytics for churn and VIP identification), Gamification, and Business Intelligence.

The distinguishing claim is architectural: it operates a real-time customer data platform — it publishes CDP variants for eCommerce, finance and publishing as well as gaming — and states that it collects and unifies player data in milliseconds. Everything else is built on that layer rather than beside it.

Why the channel list matters more than it looks

Most CRM platforms in this category cover email, SMS and push, and reach anything else through integrations. Xtremepush lists mobile push and inbox, in-app messaging, email, SMS, web push and inbox, on-site messages, microsites and landing pages, ad retargeting, a real-time sports feed and inline content.

The on-site and in-app surfaces are the interesting part. A message delivered to a player while they are in session is a fundamentally different instrument from one that arrives in their inbox an hour later — it can react to what is happening now rather than to what happened. Programmes constrained by advertising rules find this particularly valuable, because owned in-session surfaces sit outside much of what restricts outbound promotional messaging. That is directly relevant in markets like Ontario, where inducement advertising restrictions remove the standard bonus-led playbook and force programmes to compete on timing and relevance instead.

Where real-time actually pays

Real-time is the most over-claimed word in this category, so it is worth being specific about when it earns the premium.

  • It pays where the deposit-to-play cycle is compressed — instant-payment markets being the clearest case. A trigger architecture designed around slower settlement consistently fires after the relevant moment, and the campaign still reports as delivered while the conversion quietly halves.
  • It pays for in-session intervention: abandonment, a losing streak, a first deposit, a session that is running long.
  • It matters less for weekly lifecycle and reactivation work, where an hour’s latency changes nothing and depth of segmentation matters more.

Measure your own end-to-end latency requirement per trigger before treating this as the deciding criterion. Most operators have three or four triggers that genuinely need sub-second reaction and several dozen that do not.

Who it suits

  • Good fit: operators whose retention depends on in-session reaction, or who want on-site and in-app surfaces owned by the same system as outbound.
  • Good fit: teams treating the CDP as the strategic asset, with the engagement layer built on top of it.
  • Weaker fit: operators whose main need is deep lifecycle modelling on a weekly cadence — the real-time premium buys capability you will not exercise.

What we cannot tell you from the outside

No public pricing. More importantly, “milliseconds” describes data ingestion, which is not the same as end-to-end event-to-action latency at your volume with your rules layer in the path — that is a benchmark to run during evaluation, not a specification to accept.

One correction worth recording: several third-party comparison articles state that Xtremepush acquired Scrimmage. We could not verify that from Xtremepush’s own published material and have not repeated it here. Treat vendor-comparison content published by competing vendors with the scepticism it deserves — a notable share of the “best iGaming CRM” material in search results is written by platforms that appear in the ranking.
